Government Medical Officer. On 25th February at the Public Mortuary I made a post mortem of deceased Reung Yuk Tong. I found a small bullet wound at the back of the right shoulder (illustrates through the medium of the Court Inter- preter). It entered the chest between the 3rd and 4th ribs

passed through the right lung and through the large artery and lodged just behind the breast bone. I extracted the ballet. This appears to be it. I gave it to Sergeant Rozeskwy,L.S.A.19 Those 2 men in Court identified the body (brothers of deceased)

Cause of death was haemorrhage caused by the bullet entering

the artery. The body was not clothed when I saw it.

Cross-examined.

deceased's clothing and jacket from which I inferred the shot was fired at close quarters.
